Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute regarding this matter will be addressed within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below. Clerica undertakes to fulfill orders received through the website only within the limits of available product stocks. In the event of a product's unavailability, Clerica commits to inform the user. The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes (including VAT) on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the prices of the products. The prices and promotional offers indicated on the Site are valid internationally. The product prices do not include delivery charges.

Rates and Invoicing

The products are invoiced at the current rate displayed on the Site at the time of order registration by the Client.

Clerica reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice, provided that the price displayed at the time of the order by the Client remains unchanged.

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation number. We will also send you an email containing all the details regarding your order.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro, and PayPal.

Items will be charged when they are shipped. Orders paid through PayPal are instantly charged.

Your credit card will only be charged for the order. Your credit card information will not be used for any other purposes.

Payment Issues

A possible refusal of a payment method can result from incorrect information, an expired card, or insufficient funds. If you continue to experience difficulties in placing your order, we invite you to choose a different payment method and contact your bank or credit card issuer.

Clerica will not be obliged to deliver the products ordered by the Client if the full payment has not been made.

In the event of an incomplete, irregular, or nonexistent payment during the order processing, or in case of any payment incident, Clerica reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of ongoing orders.

Shipping costs for mainland France are automatically calculated at the end of the order for any other carrier. It is also possible to receive your order for free through a courier service, only if the delivery address is in Paris, France.

The ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the user worldwide.

Clerica reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper delivery of the products. The risks of transportation are borne by Clerica, starting from the moment the product leaves the warehouse.

The current delivery times and rates are as follows and are subject to change.

Orders are processed within five business days after receipt.
Delivery times start from this date. Unless in cases of force majeure, the delivery times are, within the limit of available stock, 48 hours for France, 5 to 7 days for overseas territories, and 4 to 8 business days for international destinations.

Delivery times may be longer during sales and/or promotions.

Deliveries within France are made by La Poste using Colissimo suivi (tracked parcel). Clerica does not deliver to PO boxes. The package is handed over to the recipient upon signature.

In case of absence, a notice of collection is left in the recipient's mailbox. The recipient has 15 days to collect it from their local post office.

At any time, you have the possibility to track your package on the carrier's website. In case of a delay of less than 30 days, Clerica's responsibility cannot be engaged for any reason. Therefore, no claim for compensation of any kind can be made by the user to Clerica.

Shipping and Delivery

The user must request an exchange or refund within fourteen working days from the date of receipt or collection of the package.

The refund, exchange, or online credit for the items will only be accepted if the ordered product(s) is (are) returned in its (their) original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its (their) original packaging.

In the case of an exchange, the products must be returned by post in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice, to the following address: 3 rue Bisson, 75020 Paris.

For international orders, the customer must inform the customs services that it is a "return due to non-conformity."

It is the user's responsibility to keep any proof and date of this return. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If it is an exchange, the new shipping fees will not be charged to the customer.

All items are subject to a contractual warranty, which does not preclude the legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. The user also benefits from a warranty allowing them to return defective delivered items in accordance with articles L 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

In the event that any provision of this agreement is declared null and void due to a change in legislation, regulation, or a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale.
